Overview of Teaching Activities

Teaching is important to me. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to empower students with knowledge and skills that help them to improve their careers and be better global citizens. The courses I have taught have also informed (and improved) my research.

Teaching is fun! Many of my most enjoyable experiences in academia occurred during my role as a teacher. I like to see students actively engaged during class, and improve their performance after soliciting my help.
It has been particularly rewarding to have had students voluntarily approach me after class to discuss lecture topics, and to receive kind messages from students thanking me for their experience in the course.
